JPlusJ Booth Photo Terms of Service

By using the services of JPlusJ Booth, you agree to the following terms regarding the photos captured during events:

1. Personal Use Only

   All photos provided by JPlusJ Booth are intended for personal use only. This includes sharing on personal social media accounts, downloading for personal enjoyment, and printing for personal keepsakes.

2.Ownership of Photos

   JPlusJ Booth retains all copyrights and ownership rights to the photos taken during your event. As such, you may not use, sell, or distribute the photos for commercial purposes without express written permission from JPlusJ Booth.

3. Limited License

   JPlusJ Booth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, share, and print the photos for personal use, as outlined in these terms.

4. Commercial Use

   Any form of commercial use of the photos, including but not limited to selling, advertising, or any other promotional activity, is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by JPlusJ Booth.

5. Social Media Sharing

   When sharing the photos on personal social media, we kindly ask that you provide credit to JPlusJ Booth where appropriate, and tag us in your posts, where applicable.
